As our late beloved principal Mr. Karunarathne Ganewatte once said, you are the teacher of Buonavista. You came to the school when it was at the verge of closure of yet another school consist of less than seventeen students. Since then, you along with the staff had started the miracle of rebuilding the school. You must have spent sea of strength and sweat on behalf of a school pleading for a new breath. Now, you can see how the sapling you planted has become a huge tree – a world known national school – alma mater Buonavista College! Your name will be written alongside of our late principal in the history of school in golden letters.
